Scope:  
 Construction of an 11 Mg effluent reservoir with critical schedule and constraints. Project consisted of 70,000 CYS of excavation; installing 1,000 LF of sanitary sewer connections; and installing a 2’ thick clay liner on the sides and bottom of the reservoir.
