The extension of Phase 1B, the work consisted of additional building of paved roadways and shouldering. There were 72,100 yards of cut/fill. 10,000 lineal feet of roadway were constructed. 10,000 feet of pipe were placed ranging in size from
18 inch CMP to 60 inch RCP.
