Scope:  

 This project consists of the construction of access roads, installation of utilities and paving and signing. It includes 67,000 yards of ripping and blasting with all blasting done in-house by HEI blasters, and 300,000 yards of earthmoving, 1700 lineal feet of pipe installation, and 10,000 tons of rip rap/rock installation. Also included was 14,500 lineal feet of paved roadway and 10,000 lineal feet of curb and gutter.
