This project required the excavation of 400,000 CY of material and the construction of 36,000 lineal feet of roadway in the construction of a large golf course/ single-family housing development. The area in which the work was performed is heavily wooded and the work had to progress in an environmentally sensitive manner. HEI also constructed 150 acre-feet of water storage, multiple detention ponds, and the earth work for a clubhouse and maintenance facility. |
